Separated funds flow

1. Buyer payment Stripe Test simulates the displayed price in development and staging. Live card charging is disabled.
2. Closed-loop service Credits Credits can only purchase CatchMate services. They cannot be transferred, withdrawn, traded, or redeemed for cash.
3. Provider fiat payable A completed service creates an independent fiat payable. Providers never receive the buyer's Credits.
4. Provider payout Provider payout is disabled. Stripe Connect, transfers, and payouts are not available in the current product boundary.
5. Platform net revenue Only reviewed CatchMate revenue remaining after refunds, disputes, processing fees, tax liabilities, provider liabilities, frozen amounts, and unfulfilled Credits obligations is eligible for corporate treasury settlement.

Payment types

A direct fiat order can be exercised only through Stripe Test in development and staging; it does not create a live charge. A Credits purchase separately buys the displayed number of closed-loop Credits at the final checkout price. Promotional Credits are granted by CatchMate under their displayed limits and are not purchased or refundable.

Stripe Test records test payment events only. A provider never receives the buyer's Credits; completed provider services may create an independent fiat payable record, but no provider payout rail is enabled.

Fees, refunds, and treasury

The initial provider platform fee is 20%, unless a reviewed regional agreement displays a different fee.

Eligible refunds return through the original payment or Credits source. Unspent purchased Credits remain an outstanding service obligation, not corporate revenue.

WorldFirst, if separately approved and enabled, may receive only reviewed CatchMate platform net revenue. It is never a customer payment method, provider payout rail, or recipient of customer or provider principal.

Excluded business

A payment purchases time for a defined game session. CatchMate does not offer adult or dating services and does not permit pornography, sexual services, intimacy or relationship transactions, private-content sales, offline sexual solicitation, or moving negotiation and payment outside the platform.
