Credits Rules
Effective 20 August 2026
Credits are a closed-loop service balance, separate from provider fiat earnings.
Purchase and use
The checkout shows the number of Credits, purchase channel, and final local price. CatchMate does not promise a fixed cash exchange rate.
Credits cannot be transferred between users, withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Promotional Credits may have additional displayed limits.
Limits, expiry, and account closure
Purchased Credits do not expire while the account remains open. Purchase and spending limits may be applied for fraud, age, sanctions, chargeback, or market-risk controls and are shown before checkout when relevant.
On account closure, unused purchased Credits are handled according to mandatory law and any applicable refund eligibility. Promotional Credits end when their displayed term ends and are not refundable.
Channels and refunds
Web and Windows purchases use Stripe. iOS and Android purchases use the applicable store billing channel and independent price tiers.
Eligible refunds return through the original channel. Refunds, chargebacks, or duplicated receipts may create a negative Credits balance and restrict spending while reviewed.
Service settlement
When a Credits-funded service is completed, any provider payable is a separate platform-funded service settlement. It is not a redemption or transfer of the buyer's Credits.
Corporate treasury providers may receive only reconciled CatchMate net revenue after customer obligations and provider liabilities are excluded. They do not receive customer or provider principal.
Chargebacks and negative balances
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, disputed, duplicated, or charged back after Credits were spent, CatchMate may reverse the corresponding Credits, create a negative balance, restrict further spending, or recover the related order value after review.
