Child Safety Policy

CatchMate is not designed for children and does not knowingly permit accounts for people under 18.

Age assurance

Registration requires an age declaration. A first paid booking, provider onboarding, and anomalous accounts require third-party age or identity assurance. If verification is unavailable, the transaction remains closed.

Protection and reporting

Suspected child sexual exploitation is immediately isolated, preserved with restricted access, escalated to trained staff, and reported to the competent authority when legally required. Use the urgent safety email shown on this page for a public report; contact local emergency services when anyone is in immediate danger.

Data minimization

CatchMate stores date of birth, verification status, a provider-reference summary, and timestamps. It does not retain identity-document photographs in the application database.
