Community Rules
Effective 20 August 2026
These rules apply across languages and clients.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not create, solicit, promote, or facilitate:
- child sexual abuse material, minor-safety violations, or sexual exploitation
- terrorism or violent extremist activity
- pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, or compensated sexual solicitation
- the sale of intimacy, private content, offline sexual arrangements, or payment outside CatchMate
- gambling, scams, fraud, or illegal goods
- hate, targeted harassment, self-harm encouragement, or credible threats
- impersonation or intellectual-property infringement
Reporting
Use the in-product report flow and select only the relevant evidence, or use the public support channel if you cannot sign in. Reports receive a case identifier, status updates, a decision reason, and an appeal route where available.
Private conversations
Chat messages are transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted. CatchMate can decrypt and access message content to operate the service, address safety or abuse, respond to user reports, and meet legal obligations.
Adult expression and game-service boundary
Lawful, non-explicit adult style and personality may be expressed, but mature content is not a service category and is not eligible for recommendation or pricing.
Using a third-party game or voice tool to deliver a booked session is allowed. Moving negotiation, payment, private-content trading, or sexual solicitation outside CatchMate is prohibited.
Appeals
A person affected by a moderation decision may reply through the case or public support channel. Appeals are reviewed by a person not solely by the original automated signal, unless a legal order prevents disclosure or restoration.
Excluded activity
CatchMate does not permit adult or dating services, pornography, sexual services, intimacy or relationship transactions, private-content sales, offline sexual solicitation, gambling, live-stream tipping, crypto assets, NFTs, peer-to-peer money transfer, Credits cash-out, or off-platform payment services.
