Provider Agreement
Effective 20 August 2026
Provider onboarding stays disabled until the selected market supports verification, tax configuration, and Stripe Connect payouts.
Eligibility
Providers must be at least 18, pass required identity and age checks, accept the current Provider Agreement, supply accurate tax information, and offer only lawful game sessions they can personally deliver.
Independent provider responsibilities
Providers act independently when describing and delivering their services. They are responsible for their skills, equipment, third-party game access, lawful conduct, taxes, licences, and accuracy of availability and service details.
Every service must identify the game, service type, duration, platform, language, availability, price, and cancellation rule. Game ability and factual service information must be presented before personality or appearance.
Providers may use the booked game and an external voice tool to perform the session. They must not move negotiation or payment outside CatchMate or offer pornography, sexual services, intimacy transactions, private-content sales, offline sexual arrangements, gambling, boosting or account access that violates a game's rules, illegal goods, or financial services.
Lawful non-explicit adult presentation, clothing, and personality are allowed, but must never be priced, promised as a service outcome, or used to sell intimacy.
Fees and settlement
The initial platform fee is 20% unless a clearly displayed regional agreement states otherwise. Provider earnings are fiat payables, normally held for seven days and longer when a refund, dispute, fraud, or legal review is open.
Payouts
The initial payout rail is Stripe Connect. A market without a confirmed Connect corridor may support buyers while provider registration and payouts remain unavailable.
Refunds, disputes, suspension, and termination
Provider payables may be reduced or held for refunds, cancellations, no-shows, chargebacks, fraud, tax, safety, or service-delivery disputes. Evidence must be supplied when requested.
CatchMate may suspend new bookings, hold unsettled funds where law permits, or terminate provider status for material breach, repeated non-delivery, prohibited services, inaccurate verification, or unacceptable risk. An appeal path is provided where appropriate.
